Remastered Editions of Tomb Raider IV-VI Launching on Valentine’s Day

Aspyr and Crystal Dynamics have finally announced when Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered will hit the Nintendo Switch. This much-anticipated release follows the success of Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, featuring Lara Croft, and continues the journey of the iconic British archaeologist with her next thrilling adventures.

These games are often referred to as the Darkness Trilogy, and they include:

• Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation: Here, Lara finds herself in the ancient tomb of the Egyptian God Set. Inadvertently setting him free, she sets off a chain of events that fulfill an ancient prophecy, thrusting the world into darkness.

• Tomb Raider: Chronicles: After the chaotic events of The Last Revelation, Lara is presumed dead, entombed in an Egyptian sarcophagus. During what is thought to be her memorial, her friends gather to share untold stories from her mysterious past.

• Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness: On the run after being wrongfully accused of murder, Lara uncovers a tangled web of intrigue tied to alchemical research and the relentless quest for ancient artifacts.

The remastered edition will delight fans with a Photo Mode, as detailed in a deep dive blog post that explains how this beloved feature enhances the gameplay experience.
