Oh boy, so last week, we threw down a challenge for folks to dig out some killer game faces from their favorite titles. You know, the ones that really make you feel something—like, I don’t know, the shock of walking into a bathroom and finding… a cat? Anyway, we used #PSshare #PSBlog to get the word out. Here’s what folks cooked up:

Oh, and check out this gem—MrioMoreno5 caught Ellie’s face doing something magical in The Last of Us Part II. It’s like, you know that feeling when you open the fridge and there’s actually leftover pizza? Yeah, like that.

Couch_Gamer2k23? Total legend. They snagged a shot of Maelle in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 looking like she just saw the last bus leave without her. We’ve all been there, right?

Now, if you scroll further (or is it upwards?), EmperorHal got Deacon grimacing with a weapon in Days Gone Remastered. It’s that face you make when you remember you left the oven on but you’re already 15 minutes away. No? Just me?

And then… oh! xirantics did us a solid with Cait Sith giving a cheeky grin in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. It’s the grin that says “I totally ate your leftovers” but you can’t even be mad at them. Classic.

player1pov has this fierce shot of Raven from Stellar Blade. She’s giving off major “I just lifted twice my weight and now I can conquer the world” vibes. Might need to channel that energy the next time I tackle my laundry.

Finally, RhodWulfLeon shows Aloy chilling in Horizon Forbidden West, looking all dreamy in the grass. You know how a breeze can make it feel like time’s slowed down? Aloy gets it.
