Alright, so here’s the deal. Two new powerhouses are popping into the crazy world of Marvel Cosmic Invasion. They join the gang—Captain America, She-Hulk, Spider-Man, and Wolverine. You know, the usual crowd. This game should be wild, right?
Let’s talk about Beta Ray Bill. Yep, that’s a name. He’s sort of like Thor’s haphazard twin, mind you, with a horse face. Imagine a horse breathing thunder—yeah, that’s Bill. From a place called Korbinite or something. He swings this hefty hammer called Stormbreaker. Funny enough, he once got his hands on Mjolnir, Thor’s real hammer. Thank you, Walt Simonson, for that brainchild in Thor #337. No idea why I remembered the number.
Then there’s the Silver Surfer. The guy’s got the Power Cosmic. Can you imagine him charging against Annihilus and his creepy space bugs on that shiny surfboard? Why a surfboard? Beats me, but it’s kinda cool.
Oh, worth mentioning—San Diego Comic-Con spilled the beans on who’s voicing these folks. Should be exciting! It’s one of those details I didn’t jot down, but hearing those characters come alive? Always a treat.
Anyway, Marvel Cosmic Invasion is heading to every console you can think of: Switch, PlayStations, PCs, Xboxes—you name it. Should land later this year. Not sure exactly when, but keep an eye out. Or don’t. I’ll probably forget and then be surprised when it shows up.
