So here we are, right on launch day of Pokemon Legends: Z-A, and the big dilemma? Picking a starter. Yeah, it’s that time again. The trio of choices—Chikorita, Tepig, and Totodile—seems straightforward, but oh man, don’t be fooled. Some leaks—seriously, who knows where these come from—suggest these little guys are gonna get some wild Mega Evolutions. But, I mean, do we have confirmation? Nope. So, what are we even doing here? Just guessing, I suppose.
People are buzzing about Mega Meganium turning into Grass/Fairy and Mega Feraligatr doing a Water/Dragon thing. But, then there’s Emboar—rumors say it sticks to Fire/Fighting. Yet, with this whole Rust Syndicate scenario, maybe Emboar’s got an edge. Or does it? Honestly, feels like guesswork right now.
Switching gears, you know how you’ve got those major battles in Pokemon games? Makes me think about Bulbasaur in Gen 1—how it rocks against so many Gym Leaders, right? But with Legends: Z-A, we’re kinda shooting in the dark. The Z-A Royale trainers, who knows what they’re packing? Yet, leaks—yes, back to those—hint Emboar’s gonna shine in key fights. So if you’re on the Tepig train, maybe just keep on going. Seems safe enough, I guess?
And hey, about this Rust Syndicate—Corbeau’s their leader. Sounds fierce, huh? He’s got an Arbok, but apparently, his real star is Mega Scolipede. Bug/Poison? Yep, Emboar can barbecue that. Plus, there’s some mystery guy, Phillipe, a Steel-type fanatic. Mega Skarmory, anyone? The trailer shows a bunch of Steel vibes, like Kingambit or whatever. Totally Emboar’s scene—if those leaks are right, that is.
Plus, on an added note, Vinnie—Jett’s secretary—loves his Mega Lopunny. So, Emboar’s not running out of battles to dominate anytime soon. But seriously, who even writes this stuff? Anyway, choosing Tepig might just be genius—or not. We’re all just rolling the dice here, aren’t we?
